What to Expect:
Dependence on instructional cues is an issue that can arise in relationships in which one person is teaching another. That is, sometimes a learner fails to independently perform a task that they have been trained to perform because they cannot do it without specific prompting and coaching. This co-dependent relationship leaves the learner helpless to their circumstances. It is a tough nut to crack, but we are getting better at it!
